Biography
Dr. Celia H. Chang did an internal medicine internship at Highland Hospital in Oakland and completed a neurology residency in the UC Davis East Bay Neurology Program. During the neurology residency, she decided to become a pediatric neurologist. She did an internship in pediatrics at Children’s Hospital Los Angeles and complete her pediatric neurology training there as well. She came back to UC Davis as an Assistant Professor in 1999. She is Rotation Director for a third year Pediatric Neurology Rotation and IOR for a fourth year Child Neurology Elective. She teaches neurology and pediatrics residents, as well as child psychiatry and child development fellows.
